Augusta (AP) -- Police are searching for a pregnant woman who may have been kidnapped during a burglary at her mother's house.

Twenty-nine-year-old Tamara Dunstan was last seen last night at her mother's Augusta home. Her vehicle was still at the house and her keys were inside the home when police arrived, authorities said.

Richmond County Sheriff's Major Ken Autry said Dunstan may have arrived at the house during the burglary. Autry said evidence of foul play had been found.

Dunstan's family has offered a $25,000 reward for information leading to her return and the arrest of those responsible.

Police don't believe Dunstan knew her abductor, Autry said.

Residents living in the area were asked to help find a dark-colored, newer model Ford Mustang with a University of South Carolina-Aiken plate on the front of the vehicle. The occupants were described as a white man and a black man, both in their mid-20s.

Dunstan is a 5-foot-4 white woman weighing 120 pounds. She has shoulder-length brown hair.

I don't believe it does, though the list of restricted sites keeps getting longer. Thanks for asking.

I hope the SOB/'s get caught without incident to the innocent victim and serve the life term deserved and suffer for 2 attorney years behind bars!

My sincere prayers for Tamara and her family.

Here is the latest from the local paper.

Authorities are looking for another vehicle in abduction of pregnant Augusta woman

Authorities have canceled one lookout for a sports car whose occupants were wanted for questioning in the abduction of a pregnant Augusta woman, but have issued a new one for a pick-up truck.

Police are now looking for a light blue or teal, late-model pick-up truck that may be a Nissan, with a missing tailgate that has been replaced by plywood, according to Richmond County dispatch radio transmissions.

The person in the truck, a white male in his mid-20s, is wanted only for questioning, according to the transmission.

Deputies are searching for Tamara Dunstan, 29, a pediatric nurse whom authorities said walked in on a burglary at her mother's house Thursday afternoon and was subsequently abducted.

The new lookout was transmitted by Richmond County sheriff's investigators at about 9 p.m.

Officials previously had a bulletin issued for a dark Ford Mustang with a USC Aiken plate on the front, but it was canceled after the new lookout bulletin was transmitted.

According to Richmond County sheriff's Maj. Ken Autry, the two men in the vehicle were employed by a business doing work in the Kipling Drive neighborhood where Mrs. Dunstan was abducted.

Those men, who have not been identified by police, were wanted for questioning only, police say.

Anyone who spots the truck is asked to call the Richmond County Sheriff's Office at 821-1080 or your local law enforcement agency immediately.

The family of Mrs. Dunstan is offering a $25,000 reward for her return and the arrest of the person or persons responsible.

I pray they find this lady.

I'll bet Mark Geragos will try to find a way to convince people that there is a connection to the Peterson case, so Scott couldn't have done it.

Please add an update to the top of this thread. The perps have switch vehicles.

Morning GA Bump from a GameCock in Ga. Update from the Atlanta Journal Consitution:

2 women missing in Georgia
By MIKE MORRIS
Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Published on: 04/17/04

Authorities in Georgia on Friday night were searching for two missing women — both suspected cases of foul play.

Forsyth County authorities continued searching Friday for a woman who disappeared under suspicious circumstances on Thursday morning from her tanning salon.

Patrice Tamber Endres, 38, was reported missing by her co-workers after they could not find her at the Tamber's Trim and Tan in Cumming, where she had been at work all morning.

Forsyth Sheriff's Capt. Frank Huggins said the door to the shop was left unlocked, and the lights were on. Sheriff Ted Paxton said money had been removed from the cash register and that the woman's purse had been opened and her wallet removed.

In a second possible abduction, Augusta police searched Friday for a pregnant woman who police say may have been kidnapped during a burglary at her mother's house.

Tamara Dunstan, 29, was last seen Thursday night at her mother's Augusta home. Her vehicle was still at the house, and her keys were inside the home when police arrived, authorities said.

"She possibly arrived at the residence while the burglary was being committed and was abducted," Richmond County Sheriff's Maj. Ken Autry said. "We did find evidence of foul play." The incident occured between 2:30 and 5 p.m. Thursday.
