Crowd Moans as Democrat Says Bush Has the Jewish Vote

LAKE WORTH, Fla. - One of the funniest of the many amusing moments from John Kerry's campaign appearance yesterday came when a golden girl addressed Sen. Joe Lieberman.

"As an observant Jew ..." the woman slowly began.

Lieberman: Do you mean yourself or me?

Both, she replied. "After what Bush did," she continued, in an apparent reference to the president's support for Israeli leader Ariel Sharon, "most observant Jews are switching over to Bush."

We had to stifle a laugh as the crowd of Democrat activists moaned and shrieked.

Lieberman tried to calm the nervous woman by insisting that there was no greater supporter of Israel than Kerry. For the truth, click here.

Lieberman's claim that "there is no greater friend of Israel than John Kerry" shows that his reputation for being a "man of integrity" and an "observant Jew" is a monstrous lie. In a debate with the other Democratic presidential candidates, Kerry called Israel's new security fence "provocative" and a "barrier to peace"; in other words, Israelis, not the Palestinian suicide bombers, are to blame for the sucide bombings. You took the words right out of my mouth! LIEberman is one of the scariest men in congress, IMO. Everyone tauts him as this down-to-earth man of the people. In reality, he's a wolf in sheeps clothing. He's a traitor to his own religion and people. There's no better political spinner in D.C. than Joe LIEberman.

While there is plenty of praise to be sung for Bush you cannot escape the FACT that he is the President of the whole nation and must govern them all. The last few weeks of RATmedia manipulation shows how delicate a balance he must pursue in order to keep his enemies at bay. This includes taking actions which are politically expedient.

Regretable thing this republic since such actions are a price of governing it. At best 40% consider themselves conservatives and sometimes the other 60% must be accomodated. But that is the history of the country. So far it has worked pretty well.

Bush did for Israel what he did because he belives it is the right thing to do. There is a difference between a man of conviction, and a man who will say anything for votes.
