It is supposedly the original yet it is different from the one his campaign released.

To be fair... there's no evidence of outright fraud in any of this. What we have, though, is a very odd circumstance.

At the very least, I think it may be fair to say that his records were "prettied up" in anticipation of candidacy. Everything in there is likely entirely legitimate.

But still... it's a strange sequence and an almost neurotic attention to historical detail.

The only thing i can think of is if kerry was a senator in the 80s and hit up the sec of the navy for medals during the 80s er go no signature. way way out of line though

I disagree...I think everyoe ISN'T going to be legitimate...just my opinion, but Kerry is a WHACK JOB, so I doubt EVERYTHING he says.

Unsure what it means but the Service Ribbon Replacement Program was instituted by Lehman in 1987 (?). I sit possible that the Bronze Star Citation Replacement was also Lehman's baby? Could this account for Lehmans signature
