The attorney for accused terrorist Zacarias Moussaoui said yesterday he won't decide for at least a week whether to ask the full 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to reconsider Thursday's ruling by a three-judge panel.
"It's a tough call for us because there's so much in the opinion that we like, that we might be hesitant to risk some victories that we've already gotten to try to squeeze a little more juice out of the lemon," said Frank W. Dunham Jr., the federal public defender for the Eastern District of Virginia.

It is indeed difficult to balance the various interests in this case, the rights of the accused and the national security concern. But I guess I won't be able to read the whole decision. You can only read it at the courthouse. That too is extremely unusual.
