An Iraqi insurgent holds up a poster advertising a purported 'reward' of $15 Million US currency for the heads of either US Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, coalition forces commander Lt. General Ricardo Sanchez, or military spokesman Brig. Genral Mark Kimmitt in the besieged city of Fallujah.

The way I see it is that:
1. The US has 15 million and would give it to someone turning in Bin Lauden or other Islamofascists of note.
2. The Islamofascist might not even have this much money and since some of their members did not even know they were on a suicide mission on 11 Sept 2001, how could you trust them to give you $15 million if you did their bidding?
