That's fine: one the one hand, you've got Bush and Cheney going WAY over the previously-agreed-to one hour with this bunch -- obviously taking it very seriously. On the other you have a commision that just as obviously ISN'T taking it that seriously -- and figured that POTUS and VPOTUS wouldn't either, and scheduled other things to do.

So by all appearances here, Bush and Cheney win.
