Hey, nothing wrong with Size 14 - I think Marilyn Monroe was a size 14 and she was pretty much the main sex symbol icon for the 20th Century.

Sizes used to be smaller. A size 12 from the 50's is probably only a size 10 today. As Americans have gotten fatter, the fashion industry has re-designed the size scale.

The girl in the picture is hot, though. I like a little junk in the trunk on a woman.

Last night I was flipping channels and came across an old Monroe flick. "The Seven Year Itch," I think.

As I watched Marylin on the screen, I recalled what my wife said that she saw in a women's magazine a few years ago: That Marylin Monroe was too fat and would be considered a cow by today's standards.

The writer of that piece is, of course, quite insane.

Hey, nothing wrong with Size 14 -

I agree! One problem with teenage girls these days, and a lot of grown women, is that they have been brainwashed into thinking that a size 14 is FAT. That is ridiculous! The 'Twiggy' idea never left, apparently!

I remember reading once that one of Steve Tyler's daughters was a 'Plus Size' model. I was further astounded when I read that she was a size 14! How degrading that must be for a healthy teenager who wears a size 12 or 14 to read that she's considered 'Plus Size' with all the negative connotations that entails!

Besides, if I ever make it back down to a Size 14, I'm gonna consider myself SKINNY!! ;o)
