Sounds like Liliana has done more for the country she loves than the Know-Nothing Uber-Patriots who despise her for her legal status.

Because the victim lives in Austin, the case will be heard in Travis County

Texas State University (aka SWT) is in San Marcos... Hays County.

The Travis County DA is a RAT with ties to the DNC, and has tried to punish Tom Delay and Republicans for successfully passing redistricting that correctly aligns representation in the upcoming election.

Look for this to take a dive to the "poor victim" side and Ronnie Earl will plea bargain probation.

Ronnie Earl is worthless.

If only she lived in Round Rock.... then it would be tried in Williamson County, and the thief would get 500 years in Abu Grab Prison, Baghdad.

"He told me he had documents about Cristina Alaniz," Plata said. "I asked this man, 'Are you sure this girl is deceased?' He said, 'Yes, all you have to do is start your life under this girl's name.'

.....and vote Democrat!

"The woman who called herself Cristina Alaniz surrendered at the Lowndes County Jail in Valdosta, Ga., on Tuesday and was released on bail the same day after being charged with fraudulent use or possession of identifying information.

Why was this felon released?

What is unclear here? This person has violated multiple state and federal laws and become part of an organized criminal operation.

Yes, she has been a good Service member. Good for that. But this has all been done under fraudulent circumstances.

Sorry, I don't have much pity here. Lets also keep in mind who the real victim is.

This story goes right along with the kid in the 3rd ID who is an illegal from Mexico. He fought with 3ID in OIF and was "discovered" over there to have fraduently enlisted with forged papers stating he was a citizen. He too get's to stay in the army. Despite the fact he should have been kicked out for fradulent enlistment and after serving a stint at Leavenworth busting big rocks into little rocks deported back to Mexico.

Which begs this question, how can we truly secure this country when our own borders are so porus and 5 of the biggest cities in this country thumb their nose at Federal regulations and refuse to report illegals in their city when they are discovered.

Boot her out, let her apply for citizenship, and let her re-join. But take all her rank, and make her go through basic/AIT again.

If she's motivated enough to do that...then I wouldn't have a problem with it.

She has consistently received the highest rating on performance evaluations, her lawyer said, and has earned an Air Force Achievement Medal.

This is why the Air Force needs to quit writing all reports like the airman walks on water. You just can't get a report up the chain if it says anything mildly derogatory.

Early in my career I had to report on an Airman First Class who told me he couldn’t work mid shift because he'd develop a rash if he was up past midnight. He also couldn't work past 1600 because he needed to get home to watch "He Man and the Masters of the Universe" each afternoon. When I wrote him up, I was told that I had a personality problem with him and needed to work on my supervisory skills. Of course, we BOTH got glowing reports!

The real question is, 'What is appropriate action?' " Hicks said.

I'd say 2 years at Leavenworth.
