"Blame your sorry US Media."

"YOUR sorry US media", not OUR sorry US media.

Guess that pretty much tells us where YOU stand.

"I have the Georgia flag up. Does that mean I am not a patriotic American?"

Is Georgia an islamic terrorist supporting country?

Did you personally display the flag or did it show up when you said Georgia was your location?

Please show me where I ever used the phrase "unpatriotic American" as your post implies. In fact, please show me where I used any name at all to describe anybody. That seems to fall to folks like freedom44, unless facist and nazi are ok in your book.

No, the war on terror is directly liked to the war in Iraq. The three nations on the axis of evil list are Iran, Iraq and NorthKorea. We are dealing with Iraq today. Next will be Iran, or possibly Syria. Change is coming.

No, Georgia is a state in the United States of America and after Carter fouled up the mess in Iran, and the regime has tortured dissenters, jailed anyone who has a chance to bring about change, as well as hindering just the simple acts of life. Iran is hell to live in. But the people of Iran want to overthrow their regime. And it would be good for the US and other nations to want the theocracy in Iran removed. A free, secular government will bring much prosperity to Iran. And with prosperity, those elements that seek a foothold in Iran, spreading propaganda against the Great Satan and Israel, will find they are no longer welcomed there.

It is arrogant to assume the rest of the world knows your favorite acronyms.)

LEO is one of the most common acronyms here and in society, how you managed to get here without knowing that is beyond me.

A simple check of my page would have cleared up any confusion you have about which pronoun to use.

As I said, folks here do know my credentials via back channel, it matters not what you think of them.

The lack of cooperation from muslims in America, including persians, is no secret. The frustration of LEOs is also no secret. It seems that the only secret is the one about how you all are doing so much. You inferred earlier thast your wife attempted to contact the FBI but did not get a return call so she gave up. Stalwart.

You describe me as "this denizen of NEW YORK CITY" which indicates that you did in fact check my page, in spite of your disengenuous attempts to pretend to have not (your pronoun problem again) Why?

"But really, if h(is/er) Low Earth Orbit buddies come across to prospective Iranian-American help as arrogantly and "I-know-it-all-already" the way (s) he does, would YOU help out?"...does this mean that iranians don't help out because they might get their feelings hurt? Such courage. No, really, I'm impressed.

If as you say Iran is hell to live in then the Iranians should change it. Proffering pages that elicit support for Iranian freedom as proof that this muslim country really supports us in our war is, as I have said, disingenuous. I believe that some, maybe many or even most iranians no longer want the government that they have fostered and enabled for twenty years. I do not see any proof or even any indication beyond self-serving statements of iranian ex-pats and sympathizers that iran or iranians are actively or vocally on our side.

btw, you suggested that I called folks unpatriotic and you objected to it. Where was your objection when an iranian in America called me both a facist and a nazi? Answer, you did not object. Interesting standards you apply.

You didn't answer my question. >>"You think George Bush would disapprove of this Thread?"

Look, anything that affects the situation in Iran, affects the WOT. Iran (the regime) and terrorism work hand in hand. You can't separate them any more than you can separate Castro from communism. Bush wants the mullahs out of power. The Iranian people want the mullahs out of power. Bush wants to support the Iranian people. This thread wants to support the Iranian people.
How about answering my question?

"No, the war on terror is directly liked to the war in Iraq."

What the heck does that have to do with this thread and where did I suggest this or even mention Iraq?

Don't hold your breath for a war on iran. Any elementary understanding of our current capabilities acquired through the most basic research of public information will inform you that this is logistically a non-starter.

I did not concurr with that slander.

My only point to you is that this group of Freepers... Americans for Regime Change in Iran, is a starting point.

We have heard from people in Iran, and they tell us about demonstrations, strikes, clashes in the streets, the lack of resources offered from the regime to the people of Bam. The story of Iran is much broader than you may believe.

By reading Doc's threads, I have learned a great deal about the situation in that country. The young Iranian people of today do not want to live in a theocracy. They want a secular government. And when the time is right, they may be strong enough to reach that goal.

But this thread serves a purpose. Lurkers from all over the world read this thread... even Lurkers from within Iran. This is a good tool for them because they can access the news of the day, instead of being reliant upon the propaganda papers that are printed in Tehran.

I read your profile before I posted to you and after you called me a facist and a nazi. I think your style speaks for itself.

I guess you haven't read the President's statements posted here or listened to the President on TV. Or does he come under the heading of one of your "sympathizers" or "ex-pats"?

At the very top of this thread, Doc states that this is one thread where we can learn more about the war on terror, the war in Iraq, and the events happening in Iran. Having Iran squeezed on the east from Afghanistan, and on the west from a Free Iraq, puts the regime in a difficult place. Israel will soon decide if the time is right to bomb specific targets in Iran. That is momentous. Crushing the spirit of the regime will weaken Hezbollah and Hamas. All of this is just a beginning.

"I did not concurr with that slander."

But you did not object to it. And, you did take the time to interject with the clearly confrontational assertion that I had said folks here are unpatriotic, which I did not.

Again, interesting application of standards of propriety.

"My only point to you is that this group of Freepers... Americans for Regime Change in Iran, is a starting point."

Starting point for what? Our helping them throw off the government they fostered? You suggested earlier that we will invade/free iran. We should bleed for them when our various anti-terror TFs here can't get them to translate for us? Why?

You may "guess" what you like. But it is either dissembling or naivete to believe that the POTUS has the luxury of speaking freely in the public arena. One would hope that by now you are aware enough to know that certain things are said as if conditions were ideal rather than real. Witness our continued proclamations that Saudi Arabia is our friend and ally, or do you believe that too...

I didn't suggest that we would invade Iran. When the Iranian population stands up for revolution, all we can do as Americans is watch closely, and offer our support. I do not envision us starting a ground war in Iran.

Why would I care?

"This thread wants to support the Iranian people.".....and masquerades as a thread describing how the iranians support us.

You do realize that the Iranian people live in a theocracy and all of life is dictated by the Islamic Republic. They do appreciate Americans... I have read many accounts of this on this daily thread. They love America, and want a secular government. When the time is right, they will have their freedom. The mullahs' days are numbered.
