An unnamed source has told THE PATRIOT JOURNAL that the video of the beheading of US civilian contractor Nick Berg by his Al-Queda linked captors is brutal and nauseating. The video shows one of Berg s captors kicking him, shoving him to the ground to his left side. The video then shows a captor pull out a large knife and chop his head partially off. The captors then tug and pull until his head pops off. The captors then hold his head up to the camera as if it were a prop. His arteries can still be seen dangling from his head. THE PATRIOT JOURNAL has been told the entire video is very sickening and disgusting.

Muslims are again silent about this brutal killing of an innocent civilian done in the name of their religion, as they were about the killing and mutilation of the civilian contractors in Fallujah, as they were about the train bombing in Madrid, as they were about the bombing of the nightclub in Indonesia and as they were on 9-11. By their silence the Muslim world supports if not condones this behavior done in the name of Islam. We must wage an absolute war on these terrorists and use whatever means necessary to root them out up to and including using nuclear weapons. If in the process of wiping out these terrorists we must also wipe out those who aid and support them, even by their silence, then Islam must also be wiped out.

Given the doomsday scenario that would follow a victory by these terrorists, we need to target Mecca with at least one nuclear weapon and make it known that if push comes to shove we are prepared to annihilate the very heart of their so-called religion.

I felt it necessary to review this clip even though I would rather do something else.

Why? Because it is hard to envision the enemy we face and the sacrifice we must make without fully appreciately the deprivity of these terrorists.

I am also mindful that this is the same form of death that Danny Pearl encountered, coupled with the lost of the mutilated four in Fallujah.

I have heard the reporters speaking of this horror on Fox. They sounded shocked, and that word seems trite. I just cannot watch the video. My prayers go out to the family of this young man. As a mother, I can only imagine the grief his mother must be going through right now. My anger grows when I hear of such as this young man, and not a cry of outrage from the world. The silence is deafening. When is America going to wake up and smell the coffee.
