Lauren Hutton's Terror Watches

A Political Look at Hollywood

Lauren Hutton, one of the granddames of supermodels, recently returned from Tanzania.

What she brought back with her was a bunch of watches decorated with pictures of Saddam Hussein and Osama bin Laden.

Maybe Hutton has forgotten that, in 1998, terrorists bombed a U.S. Embassy in Tanzania. Two hundred fifty-eight people met an untimely death, and more than 5,000 individuals were injured.

When asked by the New York Daily News about whether the trinkets were anti-American, Hutton responded: "I've been feeling pretty un-American myself, lately. But then I didn't approve of the Roman Empire either when it went stomping around the world."

The Left Coast Report thinks Hutton has too much un-American time on her hands.

The President wears a Timex Indiglo with the inscription: 'George W. Bush President January 20, 2001'. Perhaps we should present one to Hutton as a gift.

Yeah and I use to love the gap in her teeth, didn't know her brains leaked out.

I would prefer to present her with something else that ticks.

Man, is she that old?

She's definitely not worth that. Send her the link to the Nick Berg decapitation video. She can watch it while she's admiring her new Saddam and Osama watches.

You're going to think I'm crazy, but hang in for a minute.

My best friend died, and about a year later, I met him in a dream. He was writing something, and I thought it was lyrics for a song, as he was the singer and I the lead guitarist in the band.

He showed me:

LAUAREN HUTTON
USED TO BE SOMETHIN'
NOW SHE'S NUTHIN'
JUST MUTTON!

I have a vivid imagination, but could not have put what he said in the context of how he would have said it, if you get my drift.

I'm pretty sure she's doing tons of voice-over work, like that other whore, Donald Sutherland.

"I didn't approve of the Roman Empire either when it went stomping around the world."

She wouldn't wear an American flag watch, cuz she doesn't "approve" of us ...Fine. But she'll show off her collection of Saddam Hussein and Osama bin Laden ones because....?

Good Americans can disagree about this war. But to actually "side with" Saddam Hussein and Osama bin Laden requires one to be either willfully ignorant or morally corrupt.

Yeah, Lauren - we're going to take advice from someone who got her retirement stash taken by a "trusted advisor". I'm sure John F'n Kerry will help you with your current cash flow, darlin'.

Ditz.

Too bad this slag didn't have the guts to act on her "feeling anti-American". After buying her terrorist trinkets, she could have marched her droopy butt down the street and into the (rebuilt) American Embassy in Dar Es Salam, and legally renounced her U.S. Citizenship (Can only be done at embassies abroad).

Then she could have lived out her remaining years in splendid third-world bliss, finally free of the tyranny of the US of A.

It was rumored that Errol Flynn was a Nazi sympathizer as well. I wonder if Lauren approved of that as well.

Intellectually immature. How much intelligence does it take to go contrary to common sense and wisdom? It doesn't take any, that's why teenagers often employ it show 'the establishment' how much 'smarter' they are.

Secondly, how much different is Lauren Hutton from the dingbats that fall in love with and/or marry criminals....after they've gone to prison? I contend that they're cut from the same cloth.

A recent look at her reveals that she was probably around to see it, too.

My thoughts exactly. Say... I wonder if she has any Roman calendars decorated with Pontius Pilate?
