A British Muslim trained to be a 9-11 hijacker told an FBI counterterrorism taskforce in 2000 of a plot by terrorists to fly passengers planes into buildings, but the agents did not believe him.Hmmmm.... Can't blame Bush. This story is going nowhere.

So, this happened on Clinton's (and Clarke's) watch.
It is a must for the 911 commission to investigate if there where any communications between FBI and CIA in this case, and if there weren't was this due to the stringent rules regarding collaboration between national security and law enforcement agencies - the Gorlick Wall.

I am sick and tired of these "gotcha" stories, even if this one did happen on Clinton's watch. Whoope-dee-doo. We know in hindsight that all the stories having to do with airplanes and buildings were true. All the stories about putting poison in the drinking water were BS. So were all the stories about blowing up bridges during rush hour. That's the best part about hindsight: it's always right.
Are reporters this stupid, or do they think think the rest of us are this stupid? No matter what happens, there's always some Cassandra out there who "warned" about it. Just like they "warned" about 500 other things, 500 of which never happened. "See that? This heroic whistleblower here wrote a memo two years ago warning that there would be a forest fire in California. But nobody listened!"
Spare me.

My only doubts on this are why has it taken this long after 9/11 for this to be revealed? Does the FBI have evidence that this actually happened?

I do remember seeing this posted a long time ago. Glad it's coming out again, except that the agency withstands so much public critique and underappreciation in spite of what it does accomplish, which often stays secret.

Upon nuptuals, the terrorists suddenly became very docile and domesticated, and ceased their lethal activities.
