May 12, 2004 -- AMERICA shouldn't have been surprised by the repellent murder of Nick Berg, but we were preoccupied by the furor over the bad behavior of a handful of our troops at Abu Ghraib prison. Now we have the so-called response by some of the monsters we went into Iraq and Afghanistan to stop.
