Damned Germans just cannot get away from a party with "social" or "socialism" attached can they?
The choice between the parties is somewhat like the choice between Marx and Engels, it's not just the names that have socialism in them.

The other nice little party they had that had socialism in it pretty much screwed the pooch didn't they. Ole National Socialism bunch of uncle Adolph and cousin Rudolph Hess.
