Public Opinion for the Bush Administration improved slightly following the release of a video graphically showing the execution of an American citizen at the hands of Arab Terrorists.
Finally all that pressure being piled on by those abuse photographs has all but blown away. commented one of Mr Bushs advisers, To be honest our spin doctors were working 24 hours a day trying to pull us out of that quagmire and along come our enemies and do it for us. I must remember to thank them
when Ive had the marines fry their testicles and nail their asses back to last July for doing something like that to a potential Bush voter.
Whilst the actions of the Arab group responsible for the attack have been condemned as inhuman by the Western media, the Arabic press has been similarly unimpressed by their actions:
Until last week all the focus was on how the West was torturing the Iraqis they had taken into custody, the editor of an Arabic website explained, We were on the verge of crippling their campaigns. Now these mindless fools have come along and done something so much worse people have all but forgotten about the hundreds of Iraqis potentially being abused by Western soldiers.
The group responsible have claimed they will continue to kill Americans and post the videos on their website until America withdraws from Iraq. As news of the beheading video spread the website experienced a massive surge of traffic from American ISPs logging on to download it.
To be quite honest we are shocked, a spokesperson for Al Jazeera commented, I mean, the rush to download the Iraqi prisoner abuse photos was impressive, but it was nothing to those trying to get their hands on the beheading video.
Its strange though, unlike the abuse photos everyone who has downloaded the video has been sickened by it. No one, apart from the terrorists involved, has voiced any support for their actions.
The outrage has caused Americans to stand united against those responsible for the atrocity. Senator James Inhofe is pleased that finally the media has stopped criticising the US troops for its treatment of Iraqi prisoners:
Remember, these prisoners are not there for traffic violations, they're murderers, they're terrorists, they're insurgents. They probably have American blood on their hands and here we're so concerned about the treatment of those individuals. They probably deserved what they got given to them.

Several weeks ago McCain's wife had a stroke. Mayor Bloomingidiot of NYC sent him to her side in his private plane.
Notice how the media covers up for the fact that McCain has not spent more than one day at her side and makes no mention of his ignoring her.

Well, Inhofe, to be fair the goal wasn't to punish them, and it still isn't, but rather to get information.

It is time to lay responsibility for the beheading right where it belongs - at the feet of the American Anti-American Left. This includes the media, John Kerry, Ted Kennedy, etc,etc,etc...they promoted the lambasting of the US Military over the prisoner stuff (wah, wah, wah). Put it in perspective - the left wants power, and they will do anything, even support our worst enemies, to get it back. It is time they be held responsible for their irresponsible actions!

A rather sinister headline.

I agree. It sounds made up to me too.
This is BS there is not one advisor to the POTUS that said this. It is as usual an unnamed source. I dont buy it.

Yeah, "that stupid Al Qaeda". This thing in Iraq would have been over a long time ago if we weren't having to divert resources to fighting them.

Except for the 70% - 90% that apparently didn't belong there in the 1st place. Or does the military's releasing 300 or so prisoners today mean that they are releasing 300 murderers, rapists, etc... If that's the case then the military is either acting like a bunch of softies or a bunch or morons.
