Let me ask you sir: Have you worn the uniform like I have? Ever picked up a weapon? Stood a post? Sat in a foxhole? Trained for combat? If not, then I suggest you not speak on a subject for which you are not qualified.
I, on the other hand, AM qualified to speak on these matters, for I have worn the uniform with pride and would do so again had injury not taken me out of the game back in 1990. I wrote this piece, largely from my own experience both in and out of government. I majored in Business Management and minored in Political Science.
