actually, the gays want marriage to undercut, not to support, the institution of marriage . . .

The gay community enjoys the distinction of being the wealthiest demographic group in the nation. Their disposable income is huge.

I just can't wait until a two year gay marriage results in half of one partner's $800,000 401K being split down the middle, their house being sold, marital debt being split, etc.....

Most homosexuals I know want nothing to do with same sex marriage anytime soon. There are other forces behind the curtain pushing the issue.
