A statement was released on Friday, May 14th by the Clearwater Police Department stating that they found NO evidence of criminal activity, NO indication of attempted criminal activity, and no harm done to Mrs. Schiavo, stating that the investigation has concluded.
The police report also included that the two aides who were on duty on the day the incident happened, had told the nurse on duty that the marks on Terri's arm were on her arm before the Schindler's had visited that day.
The charge nurse who had called Michael to report the marks, had told Michael Schiavo that the aides had reported that the marks were there before Bob and Mary had visited.
The police detective also had found other caps such as the one that was reported by attorney George Felos of Dunedin, Florida as suspicious, in other enteral irrigation tubing packaging.
LAST EVENING AFTER 48 LONG AND VERY EMOTIONAL DAYS OF THE SCHINDLER'S NOT BEING PERMITTED TO SEE THEIR DAUGHTER, THE SCHINDLER'S EXCITEDLY DROVE TO PARK PLACE TO BE REUNITED WITH TERRI.
UPON THEIR ARRIVAL, THE NURSE RANG MICHAEL SCHIAVO TO ASK IF IT WAS OKAY FOR THE SCHINDLER'S TO GO IN TO SEE THEIR DAUGHTER. MICHAEL SCHIAVO TOLD THE NURSE TO TELL THEM... "NO"!
Although no criminal activity was concluded, the Schindler's are now forced to wait and see their daughter until a decision is made on the 26th of May when an emergency hearing is scheduled to be heard in Judge Greer's court for restoration of visitation.
BASED ON ALL OF JUDGE GREER'S PREVIOUS BIASED RULINGS IN FAVOR OF MICHAEL, ONE CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT THE OUTCOME OF THAT HEARING WILL BE!
THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!

The rhetoric and outright repeated lies have gotten so prolific in the Terri stories that it has reached the point where I don't believe anything I read or hear from her supporters anymore.
Raise your hand if you thought HINO would allow Terri's parents see her. Anyone? No, I thought not.
Have the Shindler's said they saw marks on her or did she have on long sleeves to hide them?
So, the nurse informed MS about the marks and he lied about them? What about the tube being twisted around her arm? I'm still not comfortable with them finding ANY needle caps since there's no reason for them being in her room to begin with.
Since Felos seems so good at calling press conferences, why can't Pat Anderson or Tragos call a press conference? This needs to be OUT in the OPEN, much like TERRI!!!

Sorry to say, but the reality is the pro-Terri side has done a horrible job of media relations... which is why you see so much negative press.
At least 3 PR pros of national repute have written/called to offer pro bono help. No call had ever been returned.

I'm certain this has long been resolved: George W. Greer, in Pope's terms "a monster of such frightful mein," decreed long ago that Terri must and shall die on HIS terms. W. Douglas Baird and David Demers are merely carrying water for George W. Greer.
Why won't they print this?
To the liberal media, including the St. Petersburg Times, it's NOT news when Michael R. Schiavo, a popular FL nurse, does something dastardly. It IS NEWS when Michael "plays nice." And all the majority of FL said: Stand up and cheer!
It's hard to do effective media relations when the media are all against you.
The media see euthanasia mainly as a "right" that is related to the "abortion right." Therefore they will defend it with lies, spin, and suppression.
Too bad the police didn't investigate the very substantial possibility that Terri's original seizure may have been the result of attempted murder on her husband's part. When I first saw this headline, I thought that was what it was referring to.
There also would seem to be a crime in the fact that Terri's husband was awarded a large settlement which was to be used toward Terri's rehabilitation. None of that money has been spent on rehabilitation. Isn't that criminal, wrongful use of funds rewarded by the court?

Re: Governor Bush, the OPPOSITION is attempting to fast track Terri's Law case to the Florida Supremes. Gov's attorney Ken Connor had no comment at the time that story broke. It's posted here on Free Republic but not up top in breaking news as this thread is.
