The beauty of capitalism is that even though they whine and complain, they eventually turn around the ship and get it going in the right diretion. Or, they will buy a small company that's ahead of the curve.
I totally agree with you.
To the folks on low carb diets this is a matter of their physical health and well being. To the companies whining and complaining it is a matter of their fiscal health and well being.
