I am so sick and tired reading about FBI agents who don't want to take tips from citizens - and treat them like trash. these agents should be fired immediately.
I have had the opposite response from FBI people when I have called several times, they listened quite intently...then I never heard from them again.
Today we may read about the seeming indifference of agents in response to every good citizen's report but we also need to keep in mind that free press means that everyone has access to the news, not just vigilant, good citizens.
