I am also sick of explaining to morons liek you, that when I apply to those jobs, they dont hire me because I have a degree!

They all repeat THEIR mantra that I will leave when the economy pics up...sort of the insanity I hear on these threads by those who arent outsourced yet...

Up until Mr. Bush the Younger DID something positive -- he being a positive man set to his duty -- public stock dividend yields were the lowest they have ever been. People bought stock for the booster's promise of "Capital gains". Paper gains during a fiat money period were *easy*. Especially so since "accounting" as an art, as a duty, as a dread responsibility became -- well -- a sideshow, a benie, a sales-giveaway. That is a company could get whatever numbers served up in pretty tables that it wanted. As long as it hired the Grand Poobah Silk Purse Accounting Firm or its Partners as "consultants" for big moxies. Mega retainers.

Well, dividends are hard money. You actually have to come up with them and pay them out every so often. Establish a track record in consistentcy of payment. So they were anti-thetical to paper money, papered-over faux "valuations" and dividends were pro-Truth. A solid inidcator -- not perfect, just reliable in most cases over time.

And dividends, and Truth became Very Low, Negligible, Ignored. Derided. Discounted. Mocked, they became. Trutrh and dividends, both. At the same time the Red Army learned from the Mob. Buy honest businesses for fronts. And the Red Army took it further. They came to see that they could hollow out the ol' Liberty Tree. They could remove industry and manufacture -- most of which are needed for defense in some way, directly or indirectly.

What they did not first anticipate was as to how sucessful they would be. At how ready US "biz" men and the 537 would be to throw *everything* at them for a quarter or twos boost in papered profits and damn the jobs and those peons who hold them.

Treason. The Chinese Army that overran and mercilessly ran down our troops in Korea had learned it could be far smarter. Maybe it was the Vietnamese that taught them -- when the Viets beat the Chinese twenty years ago or so. Can't rely on massive armies -- you need to be smart as a Mafia Don and his best advisors. Hello Triads.

Treason. The 537. The Beltway's rulers. They didn't give a damn -- as long as greaseballs like the Enron entrepreneurs working with the Big Eight could make the paper sing and produce full bank accounts out of nothing.

Yes, said the 537 -- "FREE TRADE"!

Let us give China everything! They pay well, damn it.

Treason.

We are left hollow. Can't make a horse's blanket for the horse that pulls the cassion at a Military funeral. Can't machine the parts that make the drive trains of vehicles, nor the plastic trays in the mess halls.

A nail and the shoe was lost. A shoe and the horse was lost. A horse and the King is lost. A King and the Kingdom is lost.

We can't make nails. The tears and laments of nail makers, trained for years and proud of their profession are scorned by you and the fools around you.

When the King falls for lack of that nail, will you still be so scorning your countrymen out of their jobs?

Treason.

Yeah that is a great analogy! Not!!! LMAO! I have two words for you its called, "free market". Get over it! Moreover, study up on the US constitution. Focus on how a bill is passed. Perhaps then you will understand what is "Treason". Did you learn your economics at the school of Karl Marx?

Two thoughts together you can't put. A doctor awaits, or the mortician, eh? You chose. Go and be well.

and am ready for a second chapter 7

A second BK. Seems your track record with finance isn't the best, and sorry to say, could be part of the reason you aren't getting hired. Employers will often check credit histories.

What did you do at the LIEberman freep to warrant getting sued?

Facts and logic must be a foreign concept to you? Your childish antics, analogies, and clichés indicate that you lack the testicular fortitude to have any type of real debate.

And as for the other jobs, most other countries don't allow immigration (like Japan and China), unless you can prove lineage from their citizenry.

Hmmm, I wonder how then my friend Joe (born in Italy and a naturalized US Citizen) left 6 months ago for a 2 year job in China.

Man, your posts are the most sarcastic and bitter I've ever seen! You remind me of my father before he found Jesus. BTW, my dad hasn't worked as a machinist in 5 years. He's 62, so he's about given up being hired by anyone else. BUT, he used the equity in his paid-for house to buy an old run-down house in Florida, fix it up (very nicely - my dad is GOOD), and sell it for 25K profit. After a couple more, he figured he had a little business going. All of this while taking care of my severely handicapped brother.

But I digress. I thank you, however, for reminding me how thankful I am that he is no longer that bitter, detestable man that brought everyone around him down. Jesus brought around his attitude, and his steely character did the rest. My dad is a MAN.

Thanks! To be compared with your Dad is an honor.

As Solomon said, there is a time for everything. Bitterness and sarcasm too. It is dangerous and larcenous -- in addition to a dereliction of duty -- to our nation that our manufacturing and technology infrastructure have been hollowed out and literally thrown at our adversaries like bags of loot thrown down from the upper floors by burglars.

There must be great bitterness about this -- so bitter that any politican of the 537 shall have his foot burnt off in the vats of it by stepping against our national interests in favor of foreign.

Metaphors are not your forte. A fresh bowl of lukewarm pablum of hackneyed globalist slogans is your level. But not for any thinking and seeing free man or woman.

Go share that grey muck pablum with the rest of your comrades while your all learn pidgin mandarin. And don't forget to put on the training leg shackles! All you all don't want to be too far behind the glorious "Free Trade" future, eh?

Oh you are so clever! Slogans.....Please.... LOL! Slogans are for Sheep. Do facts even matter to you? Look at Wall Streets latest numbers. It puts a giant hole through your 1930's protectionist philosophy.

Oh and regarding the comrades comment? I served in USMC not the Red Army.

Former State Senator Tom Scott was speaking, when the Rev BOISE KIMBER jumped on my truck uninvited after a few running steps.

I had no idea what he wanted, I thought he was going to attack Tom or Me, so I stepped to his side and stuck my hands across his chest and right arm.

He is claiming I assaulted him by doing that. He is also lying saying that I grabbed him by the throat, too.

We have many Freepers who are witnesses to what I just said.

Yet, I am being sued for assault.

No, I am not a loser when it comes to money, I am someone who keeps getting laid off when I acquite a small amount of debt, then cant pay the bill because I end up having to pay one bill one onth then a different one the next month because of the lack of income.

I NEVER overcharged my cards, I went over each time because I got laid off with no means of support and couldnt pay the bill. That and hospital bills, car emergencies, stuff like that.

That is why i laugh at people who say that $15 an hour is decent money for Ct!

If you have an offer for $15 an hour and have rejected it to remain unemployed I have no sympathy.
