In that case I'd say your scary list is quite logical.

anyone remember Pat Buchanan???

Oh, sorry to hear you're new here; you're about to get an earful... LOL.

I so wish Pat hadn't bolted the GOP; he only marginalized himself among conservatives and pretty much ended the debate within the GOP about open borders and national sovereignty.

My dream team would be Lindsey Graham/Condoleeza Rice.

Why would Powell (or possibly Guliani for that matter) be any more preferrable than McCain? I thought they were both cut from the same RINO cloth.

No way on Buchanon. Any man that cannot support Israel when they're dropping the hammer on terrorism is not the Man for this White House.

Buchanon has played himself.

Laura Bush

She's at least as qualified as that Senator from New York.

The issue was support for abortion on demand. There have been 43 million abortions since 1973. John McCain opposed the majority of those abortions. While stem cell research is an important issue, it isn't the one issue that should preclude a candidate from being considered pro-life. I believe George W.Bush doesn't oppose abortion in cases of rape, incest or the life of the mother. That equals a 96% pro-life record.

I believe most conservatives are pro-life and can accept abortion in rare cases. I would say being 96% pro-life is better then being 100% pro-death. Big Big Big difference.

Haha...Nah...I am fairly conservative but I am not for a bunch of BS. Barbour is a dope in a suit. Mcain is a sellout. Those other drips couldnt get elected against Hillary. And Guiliani is a damn good man. He did what he had to do in NYC and I get the impression that he'd have no qualms about deploying the 2nd Marine Division if an Arab pissed against the wind.

I am wary of Powell but I am willing to go towards him if it means shattering the Democrats [That'll do it]. Same with Rice, plus I get the sense that she is quite Conservative.
