The Free Republic Network has created a website where you can find a Reagan vigil in your area. The site is new so if you don't see one near you, put some friends together, pick a location and list it there. Thank you.

Just emailed the town of Dixon Illinois to see if they are planning any type of memorial service. I will place information here when I get it.
It is IMPERATIVE that we do not allow the mainstream media to soil Reagan's legacy. A good way to counter that is to hit the the streets and show the public the REAL AMERICA.

The site just went up so locations will start getting listed soon. I beleive there is something planned at the reagan Libray tomorrow. Check with Doug from Upland, I think he is planning on attending.
Maybe you could hold a vigil in Long Beach?
Let me know if that doesn't work. Tomorrow it should simply show up as REAGANVIGIL.COM but it takes 24 hours for that to register.

Just thought I would mention that. Good job on the site.
Well, I was going to list my home as a place for a Reagan Vigil, but the site only lists US states even in the "International" area.
I only meant to bring this small shortfall to attention, NOT to denigrate the awesome job Diotima has done so far (see my previous post).
Aw shucks. I just needed an excuse to sharpen in my GeekLog skills.
Major kudos to Kay who called this morning and shattered my plans of laundry and the Belmont Stakes.

Yes, there are Canadians who loved and appreciate Ronald Reagan and all he did for the entire world. I happen to be one of them.
Thank you for the site. It is important that everywhere in the US we show our respect for this great president. I hope there will be a gathering at the Bush Library in College Station, TX since I think that would be very appropriate.
We're lucky, we live in LA so hopefully we'll be able to make it to the RR Libray where he will be lying instate.
