Looking for the list of countries that supplied Iraq with chemical weapons.

I'm trying to find the list of nations that supplied Iraq with chemical weapons. There was a nice chart posted here at FR a while back but I failed to bookmark it.

The libs all scream that Iraq's arsenal came from the US. What say you?

I doubt we gave them any chemical weapons. However we may have provided the intel to manufacture weapons. We definitely looked the other way on it though. At the time we were more concerned with Iran... it sure turned around and bit us in the ass.

I remember the chart. Number one on the list was Russia, and we were way at the bottom.
