I post this thread so that we may send to Nancy Reagan our condolences and appreciation for the loving care she gave to a man we have had a great esteem for.
If you care to include yourself, here is the thread that will be emailed to Ronald Reagan's staff to pass along to Nancy Reagan.
I'll work on the details on getting this to her.

Love and hugs, Nancy. I know how devastating the death of your mate can be. Prayers from our house that you be lifted up into His loving arms. God bless you and know we're out here for you..that you are not alone in your pain.
Dear Nancy and family,
Please accept our sincerest condolences in your time of grief.
President Reagan will be remembered as one of the country's greatest because, he was!
Now he is in that shining city and will bring joy to all those who have gone before.
Love
Dear Mrs. Reagan.
I know you will read some hurtful things about your husband. I know that you know he was a great man and a great American. His detractors are those who fed on communism or who hoped for America to become like the USSR.
Please know that many true Americans, and I humbly count myself among them, loved Ronald Regean and respected him immensly. He was the greatest President of the modern era and one of the greatest of all time. They will list him with Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, Rooselvelt and Truman. If we as a country have any conscience, we should add his handsome visage to Mount Rushmore.
God bless you and your family in these trying times. I am sure "Ronnie" is with God at this moments, smiling in his wn inimical way upon you and our country.
To the Reagan Family:
Thank you for sharing Ronald with us for eight years.
He was a strong, courageous, and determined leader who knew the value of humility and the importance of the individual. He was a great Cold War president because he wanted to bring it to an end on terms that were the best for all who yearned to breathe free. Peace be with you and may God's grace go before you in all your ways.
Peace and Grace unto you.
The binds are off him, now. His presence will always be with you. We have lost a truly remarkable man, and he will never be forgotten.
My deepest sorrow to you and your family.
My America loves you both.
godspeed.
Dear Mrs Reagan,
As a New Zealander and a former Hong Kong Chinese, I would like to thank what your husband did to the world when many poeple in the West, inclusing most New Zealanders, thought (and still think) your husband was a fool in confronting Communism as a system. He (along with Mrs Margaret Thatcher and Mr Helmut Kohl) has done more to free millions of poeple around the world than other leaders of his contemporary.
I know that it must have been terrible for you and your children to face this after the eyears of marriage. May God comfort you on this and guide your way in the future.

Ronald Reagan will live on in our hearts!
God Speed, Mr. President. You were the lightkeeper who kept the light of Freedom shining brightly on the distant hill of history.
Dear Nancy,
It still feels like a dream to hear that Ronnie died. I know he is finally not suffering and it was his time, but I feel like someone in my family died.
We loved him very much and admire you for your steadfast support of our dear President during the good and bad times.
It feels like the end of a great era. He will be deeply missed.
From his foundation's web site. Post remarks here
Whatever else history may say about me when Im gone, I hope it will record that I appealed to your best hopes, not your worst fears; to your confidence rather than your doubts. My dream is that you will travel the road ahead with libertys lamp guiding your steps and opportunitys arm steadying your way.
Thank you Ronald Reagan. May God bless you and your family

I pray to God in Heaven that the people like yourself who love freedom and understand it in todays Evil Empire in the PRC are given the same opportunity that those in Eastern Europe got because of Ronald Reagan. I pray our leaders will have the same vision, virtue, courage, and commitment that Ronald Reagan had.
Best Fregards.
Thanks for the memorial site. :)
He was truly a great man. Surely the greatest in my lifetime and one of the greatest of all time. Forever positive, knowing that the human spirt, esp the American Spirit could endure anything, and always make things better.
