You recommend IE for the Mac, so that shows your complete and utter stupidity(can't call it ignorance since you claim to know what you are talking about). Did they?
If you want to boycott mozilla, there are many better alternatives Linux: Konqueror,Opera
Mac: Safari,Opera
Windows: Internet Explorer, Opera
Looks like they suggested SAFARI and OPERA for Mac, and IE for Windows.

Don't forget FlashPeak's alternative - SlimBrowser. I think that Slim Browser is a front end overlay for MSIE...just like MyIE2. They're nice...but they're still MSIE on the backend.

The people at the bottom of the logo are shaking their fists at it.

I use both Mozilla and Firefox on my home machines.
why? Because of the trash software that attacks IE all the time. Sorry, I won't go back to IE. I have to use it here at work, but I sure as hell don't have to use it at home.
Now, why do you think it is "communist" anyway? I don't quite get it today for some reason.

To: counterpunch
no it is not. IE is based on MSHTML. the browsers i listed are the popular versions of software based on mozilla (gecko)

no, it is a repackaged mozilla borwser. it is the same thing (all netscape after 4 is mozilla)

At the Mozilla Party website you get a good look at their logo. Sorry, but I have to call BS on this one. I always considered giant, fire-breathing megalizards to be more libertarian or even democratic than communist in philosophy. There has NEVER been a recorded instance of a megalizard ravaging Tokyo unless it was attacked first (Japanese nuclear testing threatening its environment, etc.). Further, while communism encourages a privileged uberclass which holds all the power and authority, megalizards simply destroy everything in sight without even a hint of favoritism. Even the most recognizable star of the megalizards, Godzilla, lives in the same neighborhood as the Gameras and Megalons of the world - egalitarianism in action. You never see a megalizard living in a dacha (or even a nice bungalow in the Hamptons) or riding around in a Zil limousine paid for with the sweat of the working classes.

yeah, and if that were artwork that looked like nazi propoganda (red, black and white angled swastika and all). Same crap different name.

Enjoyable, light-hearted thread. I use lynx, most of the time, and that Commie-Firebird thing-a-ma-bob.
