and i use BSD. your point being? heck i have a few projects on sourceforge. There is nothing wrong with giving stuff away for free. However, imagine if the logo was a nazi swastika , wouldnt be so harmless now would it?

A BSD user? You must be some devil-worshipping commie. Just look at the logo, and we all know BSD originated out of Berkeley. ;)

Seriously, I am a Firefox user(on my Linux & Windows boxen) and so for it is the best browser I have found.

Yes, it would be harmless. A swastika never hurt anyone. It might be offensive, or indicative of some kind of neo-Nazi plot (pinging Jack Ryan, Ben Affleck version), but the symbol itself would remain harmless.
