I normally never watch TV. This is the first time that I've been "glued" since 9/11.

G-D BLESS Ronald Reagan. Accept him into the Highest Honor reserved for Mankind.

This man was so Beloved.

Please folks, go to C-SPAN at 8:00PM Eastern. They are covering it live. It pains me to see so many FReepers angered by the chattering class on the commercial networks.

Isn't that amazing, a MAN that they have trashed for more than 20 years, and he is responsible for some of the best ratingsin 20 years, and to top it off he has been off of the Radar screen for 10 years and he did it after he passed away.

Go Ronnie, God Speed, the Gipper wins again.

With much embarrassment, I have been off the internet for several days watching the funeral and have missed everything about that wonderful Maj. Gen. who has been escorting Mrs. Reagan. He has been a supreme officer and a gentleman. Who is that lovely person?

Thanks for posting this.

This morning's service was magnificent. Because Reagan lived a long and full life, the morning was triumphant. "Amazing Grace" indeed.

This evening, the boy of Illinois and the politician of Washington, returns as the man of California.

The West reclaims him.

Sigh, will be missing the live broadcast tonight, but will be taping C-SPAN and checking in here later.

One of my best friends called this afternoon. He just got laid off of his job 3 weeks ago abd his fiancee broke up with him two days ago and is moving out so we feel that he needs us more tonight.

Will check in later. Really hate to miss this, but I feel so bad for this guy & he would do the same for me,
