Interesting tidbit - this was the caption for a Yahoo photo of Kadhafi: "The United States is investigating a report that Libyan leader Moamer Kadhafi last year planned to assassinate the crown prince of Saudi Arabia, President George W. Bush said."

It looked to me that the President said to Laura, "Let's pray," before they bowed their heads.

The spectre of the past giants who worked for America's freedom looming behind this scene is awesome.

I think he did, too. The class those two showed all week really touched me. I know it's their nature, but they made sure it was about the Reagan's, and the public people, not about them.

Look at that picture--the public is still there, no one announced the Bushes, the stayed less than a minute, so they didn't disrupt the crowds who wanted to pay their respects. I bet a lot of people didn't even realize it was the Pres. and Laura because it happened so fast.
