The President hosted the unveiling of the portraits of Pres. Clinton and former First Lady in the East Room of the White House. The President was very gracious in his statements about the Clinton years in the White House.

The President is now traveling to Liberty, Missouri to participate in a 'Conversation on Medicare-Approved Prescription Drug Discount Cards.'

From President Bush's Saturday Radio Address:

Ronald Reagan believed that everything happens for a reason, and that we can trust in God's purposes. He believed that people are basically good. He had no tolerance for bigotry or injustice. Above all, he believed in the courage and triumph of free men and in the capacity of the American people to overcome any obstacle.

Another President Bush celebrates his 80th Birthday.

The pictures from the President's trip to Missouri haven't shown up anywhere yet. Please wait for me to post them before posting what you may have found.

There are also more photos of the G8 and the Birthday celebrations for former Pres. Bush suddenly showing up. Please wait for me to post what I've found before adding to them. Thanks.

To be truthful, I had chosen a picture of Pres. Bush from the East Room events with the former President whom I shall not name, behind him. I thought it would get so many negative comments, I removed it and replaced it with one from the Tee Ball game on the South Lawn of the White House yesterday afternoon.

I'm glad you like it. This President is magic with children.

June 10th, the First Couple paid a visit to Nancy Reagan at Blair House.

Funny you mention that - I'm furiously working in Photoshop as I type this - will everybody get really really mad at me if I post pics with the two former residents in pictures where our beloved Dubya and Laura are also included?

This question is serious. Otherwise, I have a lot of pictures to eliminate.

Truthy

Hi, Truthy. What wonderful pictures! W is a natural with children. I got a laugh out of the picture of Barney. He looks like a little stuffed toy dog. The eyes have a startled look, lol. Thanks for finding these for us.
