Yeah right. Like 90 percent of gays are so in-the-closet they can't even confess to an anonymous government survey.
Suuuure.

The true figure is 2%. If anything the Canadian survey shows gay boasts of being 10% of the population is a myth.

Botnick argued homosexuality is hard to define statistically
No,its not. Here is a very quick and easy way for males to tell their sexual orientation. When you walk into a party -- If your mind goes YUMMY when you see someone who looks like bellygirl (www.protestwarriors.com) you are straight; if your mind goes YUMMY when you see someone who looks like Mel Gibson you are gay; if you mind goes YUMMY to both you are bi; if your mind goes YUMMY when you see the cat or the dog you are strange.

So... 1.7% of Canadians are either homosexual or bisexual. Back in 1994 or so, there was an extensive study done in the US ... and it resulted in 1.8% begin homo or bisexual.
Two countries, two separate survey groups, same results... looks good to me.
Now for the next question... why are we wasting our time listening to <2% of the population? Tell them to take a hike and leave our elementary/public schools and mass media alone.

Homosexual activists claim there is reluctance among respondents to honestly report their sexual orientation on a government survey. "reluctance" by 1000%?

This figure has remained consistent for decades, as best as can be determined. The 10% figure was an avowed lie, dreamed up and published by Kinsey.

The belief that 10 percent of the population is homosexual is based on discredited research done by Indiana University zoologist Dr. Alfred Kinsey in the mid-20th century.
Kinsey was a monster who was responsible for a great deal more than just this "discredited research". He was a homosexual himself and a pedophile who sexually abused children in the name of this "research" and caused hundreds more children to suffer sexual molestation, rape and even forms of sexual torture to infants. Dr. Reisman uses Kinsey's own records in documenting his vile crimes, a man constantly applauded by the left.

There's a rather lively discussion going on at Free Dominion about this report:
BTW, just an old keyboard cowboy's empirial observation from 55 years of living? My guesstimate is 1-3% of the population is gay.

"Somebody who has never had a same-sex experience, ever in their lives, but has fantasies, does that make them gay, or not? Maybe they are, but they don't qualify.''
"Somebody who has never had a Kryptonite reaction, ever in their lives, but has fantasies, does that make them Superman, or not? Maybe they are, but they don't qualify.''
Maybe the reason the figure is so low is the fantasy that they've all emigrated to San Francisco!
