Good point. Pedophilia shouldn't be considered a mental illness. It should be prosecuted along the lines of murder and dealt with as severely.

The most creative way to deal with it that I've seen would be to put the guys pecker into a vice anchored in the middle of a small wooden building, give him a butcher knife & set the building on fire.
