Texas Democratic Rep. Martin Frost now faces scrutiny from the same county prosecutor investigating Republican House Majority Leader Tom Delay of Texas. Travis County District Attorney Ronnie Earle idicts politicians at random whenever he needs publicity.
He indicted Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchinson and a Democratic State Attorney General.
He has never managed to convict one however.

Ronnie Earle charged Hutchison, then refused to present any evidence on the first day of trial. The jury took five minutes to acquit her.
