Yesterday, coalition forces found the body of Kim Sun-il. His beheading, and the response of his government, further demonstrate the price of freedom and the cost of failure in the war on terrorism.
Mr. Kim, an evangelical Christian, was slain after his government refused to grant the demand of suspected al Qaeda terrorists that the government cancel its planned deployment of 3,000 troops to help rebuild Iraq. Despite Mr. Kim's televised heart-rending pleading for his life, the butchers proceeded with the monstrous crime. South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun was resolute in his response.

The South Korean soldiers have a reputation for being grim-faced bad-a$$es. I wonder what's Korean for "Payback's a b****, mother******s!"
Go, South Korea! Make the uncivilized ba$tards of the moon god pay and pay dearly!
I'm still amazed that we have yet to take off our gloves after 9/11. We will have to lose a city before that happens, thanks to the Abu Graib obsessed press and the millions who eat it up.
That they do. Unfortunately, just as with the U.S.A., the political will doesn't exist to unleash them.
Deuteronomy 27:25
Cursed be he that taketh reward to slay an innocent person. And all the people shall say, Amen.
Yes exactly, it will be an honor to see him and so many others even though I'm inadequate...

Facing terrorism with determination.
For decades, South Korean firms worked in Iraq, building many foundations in Baghdad and other cities and there were tens of thousands of Koreas sons living among us for years and we respected each other. Today we saw a group, possessed by evil, claiming to be loyal to Iraq and Iraqis commit a barbaric action by beheading the Korean hostage claiming that theyre doing this for the sake of Iraqis.
I wish you were here to see the sorrow on the face of any Iraqi when I ask him was this truly for the sake of Iraqis?
Al I heard was words like cowards, cruel, disgusting. Most of the replies I heard stressed that those criminals were not Iraqis, everyone feels ashamed of this crime and I tell them: Yes, those were not from Iraq or any other nation on earth. They dont belong to the human race at all and getting rid of those should be everyones duty. Look at them, whats their public support and who are their allies.
No one ever heard of this group in Iraq before yesterday and this means that its a new birth for evil. They fight Iraqis just as they fight others. They want to frighten us as they try to frighten the others. Theyre totally rejected and they WILL have no place in the new Iraq.
It hurts to know that some narrow minded governments encouraged those murderers to go on with their plans by complying with their demands. These governments by withdrawing their troops or employees from Iraq fed the terrorists lust for violence and made them believe that slaughtering further hostages will do the job.
We must give no sign that makes those terrorists think theyre able to break our determination and we cant let those murderers force us to give up.
Were moving with confident and right steps towards building the new free Iraq but a great task like this one is always full of dangers and requires sacrifices.
Well see other days of pain and grief but well be satisfied with nothing less than victory and we will not let the blood of your sons and our sons go in vain.
I believe that Korea won a battle today by keeping her promise and keeping the faith that the war of the free world on evil can only be won by confronting it, not by running away.
Our deepest condolences to Kim Sun-Ils family and to the people and government of South Korea.

Amen.
"moon god"??? What kid of ridiculous statement is that?
During the week Kim was executed did you know there were several homicides in South Korea? Will you post about that?
I am not making light of the sad situation but its just interesting to read these reactions. As I said, every day there are crimes committed in South Korea (as in many countries) yet there is no national uproar or whatever. Its as if its ok if a fellow countrymen commits the crime, but God forbid if someone else does. The same can be said w/ the Berg situation. In that very same week you know how many murders happened in the US? Why arent you posting about "payback" about that?
One last thing...who are the hostages now? Its 3 turkish men and a Pakistani who are of what religion??? Dont think too hard. 95% of these two countries have Muslim populations. So these psychos are willing to behead fellow MUSLIMS for their stupid goals. Who has died the most in Iraq b/c of these people? Not Koreans, not Americans, etc, but fellow Iraqi MUSLIMS. I hope you remember that before you start developing the idiotic herd mentality.
How many beheadings in South Korea last week?
