I am proud to score NEOCON and emulate the ideals of Teddy Roosevelt. We have the " big stick" and should use it more often .

That's actually why we get along so well. I'm always..."let's blow em up!", and you always have a logical reason why that isn't a good idea at this time. ;)

Isolationist here as well, although I think the addition of a few more questions to more fully flesh out the quiz would have changed that.
To: William Creel
I tested out as an isolationist also.
Funny, I never thought I was an isolationist...

Realist Realists
- Are guided more by practical considerations than ideological vision
- Believe US power is crucial to successful diplomacy - and vice versa
- Don't want US policy options unduly limited by world opinion or ethical considerations
- Believe strong alliances are important to US interests
- Weigh the political costs of foreign action
- Believe foreign intervention must be dictated by compelling national interest
Historical realist: President Dwight D. Eisenhower
Modern realist: Secretary of State Colin Powell----------
I can deal with that.

Being a neocon is a reflection of your position on foreign policy. Opinions on domestic policy or social issues run the gambit.

My rating which comes as no surprise:
Neocon quiz results:
Based on your answers, you are most likely a neoconservative.

Apparently, I'm a neocon, also. But since my two favorite Presidents from the last century were listed as neocon examples, I'll gladly wear that badge.
And if anyone has failed to read this book
what are you waiting for?

Blowing them up is always an option. But I always say "halt" as I'm pulling the trigger.
I would have gone to Afghanistan and Iraq on about the same timeline as W. So maybe he is a realist too.

I'm a neo-con, surprisingly, I didn't think I'd rate that based on my answers.
And I must say, as a dedicated quiz taker (a recent quiz revealed that if I was a dog I'd be a German Shepard), this was the most intellectual quiz I've ever seen. I wonder if all the policy wonks in Washington are taking it.

Surprised to be rated a Realist. Good company, Dwight Eisenhower and Colin Powell, but I'd rather claim Teddy Roosevelt and Ronald Reagan. Some of the choices were very close, however.

Yep liking Theodore Rex, Ronald the Great, and GW as our best presidents seems okay for me.
I, also liked IKE!
