Blast on Istanbul plane near Nato summit

A blast has been reported on an aircraft at Istanbul airport, police have said. The Turkish news agency Anatolia reported a small explosion on a Turkish Airlines plane after passengers vacated a jet.

One person was injured in the explosion.

The explosion comes amid tight security in the city during the Nato summit which President Bush and world leaders are attending.

Fox And Friends reported at least one fatality. It happened after landing. Developing.
