Baloney, Moore or Less (Finally, a liberal columnist tells the truth!)

I brought a notebook with me when I went to see Michael Moore's "Fahrenheit 9/11" and in the dark made notes before I gave up, defeated by the utter stupidity of the movie. One of my notes says "John Ellis," who is a cousin of George W. Bush and the fellow who called the election for Fox News that dark and infamous night when the presidency -- or so the myth goes -- was stolen from Al Gore, delivering the nation to Halliburton, the Carlyle Group and Saudi Arabia, and plunging it into war. A better synopsis of the movie you're not likely to read.

"In fact, prewar Iraq is depicted as some sort of Arab folk festival..."

LOL, that's a pretty funny line. I really can't believe Richard Cohen has panned this movie, but it makes me happy for him, because at least he can now count himself, in the words of Ed Koch, a "liberal with sanity".

I'll betcha McAwful is the one that sent out the DNC memo to the party faithful asking them to write columns excoriating Moore just as this one does.

I'll betcha he didn't. He's about as insane and looney as Moore. Micheal Moore is their hero.

Moore stoops at one point to sticking the President and Vice President's faces onto B-movie-reel cowboys to make them look hokey. I'm sure Demi Moore and John Bon Jovi loved it, but I don't imagine this kind of disrespect goes over well with the undecided voters of middle America.

The movie was terrible and dull. See it for free. Do NOT waste your hard-earned dollars on it. If you must, buy tickets to Benji 6 and watch F911 instead, but please don't give Weinstein and Moore any of your money, cause you know who it'll get donated to.

...the stunning box-office success of "Fahrenheit 9/11" is not, as proclaimed, a sure sign that Bush is on his way out but is instead a warning to the Democrats to keep the loony left at a safe distance. Speaking just for myself, not only was I dismayed by how prosaic and boring the movie was -- nothing new and utterly predictable -- but I recoiled from Moore's methodology, if it can be called that.

bump!

I'll bet Terry McAuliffe is gonna choke on his Wheaties when he reads this one!

Washington Post mitigates the damages somewhat by having an ad on the same page for an "Unprecedented Documentary: The 2000 presidential election stolen by Bush out on DVD". The left never sleeps.

The Iraq war was terminated by a CEASE FIRE, not by a PEACE TREATY!

Some refer to the present Coalition activity in Iraq as Gulf War II. I believe that the Coalition, through the leadership of President Bush, is bringing the invasion of Kuwait by Iraq in the early 1990's, to a conclusion. It is the same war!

Tony Snow said the other night on FNC that the golf scene was very misleading, that was when GW made a comment about pali terrorist not 9/11 as the puke face who made this trash alludes to.

"Bingo! I thought there was no one else who pegged Moore for what he really is-an opportunist(a capitalist in the broadest sense). Moore has found a few buttons to push and he is making a mint at it."

This is the modus operandi of the Hollywood "Limo Liberals." They say they care about people, pets and the environment knowing full well that it iduces the stupid to flock to them. Like Jim Jones and Coolaid. This is how they make their money.

Without young idealists("useful idiots") Moore is basically a schlock director with the talent level of a NYU film student. However because he has some wealth to him as well as other schlock writers and producers that exploit the "useful idiot" brigade, everyone makes a buck. The more idiots they can get, the more they make off of them.

Funny, they are using the first amendment to make money and to stifle anyone opposed to this. You shut these guys down, you shut down the Sierra Club, PETA, Planned Parenthood and the ACLU. You leave yourself with ANSWER, ACT and MOVEON who would basically be labeled as Socialist groups and thrown onto the scrap heap of history.

I was stunned to hear Christopher Hitchen's comments last night on Scarborough.

Moore's "free ride" has come to an end.

beachn4fun, here is another article to blast anyone who thinks f 9/11 is factual. Copy and paste the article into an email, and send it to whoever thinks that "movie" is anything other than propaganda.

I'll try to keep it in mind incase he sends me something else. But, there is one thing I have learned about liberals....."they wouldn't believe the facts if you hit them in the face with them!"

The Democrats and leftists will stick with this grotesque parody of a human being as long as they think it is benefitting them. The instant the tide has clearly turned -and it's already starting - they'll drop him on his big fat hiny like a steaming potato.

What goes around comes around. It's amazing how often someone's own actions and perceptions of truth become the actions and perceptions used on them. We know what MM's opinion of people is, and how he shamelessly uses people to get what we wants. He'd better prepare to be a pariah, because it's coming.

I predict that in the very near future you will see any number of the left suddenly discover that this movie is trash and that Michael Moore is disgusting - when they decide it's better for them to distance themselves from him. Most of them will try to be publicly silent about it and never be accountable for supporting this human filth. I only hope they can be made to answer for it, and not sweep it under the rug.
