How safe would these "observers" (most likely arrogant Euros or corrupt third-worlders) be in the US? Would they have diplomatic immunity to rape, plunder, and possibly murder from coast to coast?
Beyond that, how effective would they be?
If black voters were being massacred (ala Rwanda and Sudan), rather than "disenfranchised" (commmie-speak for "counted fairly"), would the UN "observers" even notice?
