"I" vote an absentee ballot. Are you saying my vote isn't being counted? (Voting absentee saves me from going to the polls).

In the '00 elections that would be valid only if you were serving in the armed forces overseas.

Then why, when I call the City Office for an absentee ballot, they send one out to me? If my vote isn't counted, what's the use?

Wouldn't they tell me?

What about disabled people who can't make it to the polls?
