You are right. Feiger yesterday stated on Fox that Juror 5 would've fond Scott innocent no matter what the evidence. I recall that dumbo juror saying if someone would've have sown him how Laci could've fit into that boat (incidentally something that had been brought up previously on TV), then he might have. Now he allegedly said that the prosecutors should have done the demo with a dead body. Scary that people with his low IQ and intense bias get on a jury.

He also was quoted saying that you could show him a video of Snott and Amber "doing it" and he still wouldn't believe it....I bet he would like a tape of that!

I believe it was this dummy Justin whom Beth Karas (who is doing an excellent objective reporting) mentioned earlier as a juror who took no notes, had his arms crossed, and would smile to Scott.

Right! That'll make her new show all the more enjoyable to watch!

It really bothers me that Geragos clearly has media shills out there. The jury is not supposed to see media about this case! Yet he seems to be counting on it that they will hear some of his stories in the media. If that's true, he is even more of a cheater than I thought he was, and should be called before the California bar.

Exactly.

I just saw Crier Live. Again a Leslie Snyder(?) kept repeated over and over and over what a horrible job the prosecution is doing. Others chimed in, all like a bunch of parrots. Yet not one of them gave anything specific. Just attack and attack.

This Leslie Snyder is the one who the other day fawned over Geragos. She might have some vested interest in the case.

Why not talk about the evidence instead of these nonspecific criticism that smacks of personal attacks? I've yet to hear this kind of treatment meted out to Geragos even when he did truly stupid and unprofessional things such as demand someone look at him and his other hissy fits.

Here's a scenario you'll like. The prosecution is saving the bombshell witnesses for a grand finale. They seem to be presenting certain aspects of the case but not tying up the lose ends. Example, none the Berkeley witnesses who testified mentioned seeing SP but we know that at least one of the employees did have contact with him. The gun story remains incomplete, the side sonar story is incomplete, the anchors, the hair, now the blood. I think the prosecutor is setting the stage for an all-star cast of bombshell witnesses one after the other. An overwhelming case where each piece of circumstantial evidence is connected to the other in rapid succesion. The foundation for each piece had to be established beforehand or Geragos could object and wreck the pace.

I guess the fact that it may have been on her wrist escapes you ?

Just a thought (and I have nothing in particular with which to base this on, and assuming that it was Laci's watch), Scott could have just as easily "disposed" of it out the truck window on his way to the warehouse...assuming that the chances were pretty good that someone would find it, turn it in or try to pawn it, thus leading toward her possibly having been kidnapped....just a thought, nothing more.

don't have to name anything, I am not the judge or the jury, I want to see PROOF that he did it, and a motive. I need to be convinced that he is guilty, I wasn't there, I don't know. You can guess all you want, and assume all you want but bottomline........he is innocent until proven guilty and no one has proven anything different. Yes..someone did it, but until its proven, no one knows but Scott.

And you, Sir, need to reexamine your ability (or lack thereof) to comprehend the obvious! YES, of course, hard evidence is necessary to convict someone; but so is CIRCUMSTANTIAL evidence (the totality thereof) valid to convict as well. The guy is getting his "day in court"...IMHO, he said nor did anything at all that would lend itself to establishing "reasonable doubt" in my mind...I wish the prosecution all the best of success in winning a conviction for this one sick, disturbing individual.

And you, Sir, need to reexamine your ability (or lack thereof) to comprehend the obvious!

Why? To what end? Who gives a rat's a** what your opinion or mine is? Whom does it effect? Is it going to change a verdict? You need to get a life, because Scott Peterson's in NONE of your business and YOU were not appointed to the jury nor are YOU the judge. I believe you would be what is referred to in the ole days as a meddling little busy body who needs more work than free time. I DON'T CARE what is going on in that trial, it had nothing to do with me, does not effect my life, nor will the verdict effect my life. You are EXTREMELY self deluded to believe your opinion counts for squat, in this case, because yoo-hoo..toots, it doesn't. rofl. Read my lips...Fox News is not pounding on YOUR door to see what you think, the judge is NOT calling you to get your opinion. Find something worth while to fight about. PPSSTT they don't care what my opinion is either!! rofl.
