W.Green, you gotta read good news too.

And just how am I supposed to do that when there is no link to the rest of the article?

Sheeeesh, this post is just a troll to misdirect you to the blog-site of some pinhead radio talk show host. If those weiners want to use call-screeners and the mute button on their own shows to limit discussion to their own pontification, that's fine by me. But I'm not gonna waste my time with that nonsense on this forum.

Was that you making an attempt at humor? ;)

You got me on that link. My bad on bringing you over to read it. I just read what was posted because frankly I'm sick and tired of following links over to an article that should be fully posted in the first place. What did get posted I thought you should see.

Gotta admit, though I doubt you will, that what was posted IS good news.
Here:The new manufacturing numbers out today point to more economic record-setting news.

and here: The Manufacturers Alliance reported that its Business Outlook index rose to 80 its highest point since 1972. An index above 50 indicates expansion anything below 50 indicates shrinkage.

some more here: The index is pointing to an increase in manufacturing activity for the next three months.

and this: 90% of the respondents stated that new orders were up.

and here: Donald Norman an economist with the Washington DC based Manufacturers Alliance said in an interview with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, "It's quite a rebound. Manufacturing led the recession, but it is now projected to grow faster than the overall economy."

It's not the entire article but it has enough information to get the idea that there is some good news in this area.
lastly: He added, "Expansion of manufacturing activity is real and robust!"
regards
