Entire voting districts without a single dentist. Bring on Hillary and health care reform; in thirty years a teeth cleaning will involve the hidden cost of an airline ticket. And the people who will attempt to re-privatize the industry will be accused of not caring about poor people and children. There are so many reasons to vote for Bush but the real decision can be made by only looking at four words;
