I was thinking about that too, but if the nuke comes from the Harbor- they need to do something different- blockade the harbor and screen all ships coming close to the city
they are doing that already. look back to thread 12, I posted that while I didn't see any increased checkpoints at the bridges and tunnels - I did notice an increase in low altitude helicopter activity over the waters up towards the Verrazano into the harbor. But I believe this is part of the already announced coast guard increased vessel scrutiny policy.
Much agree. They'll use every weak point available.
