I was wondering the same thing. Given the Bush Boondoggles of the Socialist Medicare program and the creation of more big gov't with Dept. of Homeland Security...Bush has been a HUGE FRIEND of Big Gov't!

I too hate big government, but I think that Homeland Security is a neccessary evil. I don't think that airport security should be government employees. That should have been taken care of with private sector companies, but with government oversite to guarantee quality.
