I heard on the Hugh Hewitt show today a brief mention that Libya may have been enriching Uranium for Iraq ... or that story will break in the next month? Anyone have any information on this.
The story is that Libya supplied the hollowed out mountain which is bunker buster resistant. Iraq supplied the scientists and the nuclear program.
There are even hints that the nuclear stuff taken out of Libya are actually from Iraq originally.

I know that what broke up the AQ Kahn network was a boat carrying a shipment of high tech, high speed electronic switches that were intercepted and rendered useless and then tracked to Tripoli. I'm not sure if that ship was one of them.

but I will say, he had this Niger story and Wilson nailed from the very start. He prediceted exactly how it would play out - that the forged documents were a poison pill to tarnish what was otherwise an accurate story, the British intel report went down exactly like he said it would many months ago.

A day earlier, Prime Minister Ariel Sharon told Israeli TV that Libya may be the first Arab country to acquire weapons of mass destruction.
North Korea, Iraq and maybe Pakistan are helping Libya's president Muammar Gadhafi to develop new weapons, perhaps with Saudi Arabian money, Sharon told Channel One Television, indicating that he was referring to nuclear weapons.

to bring those who are interested in this and haven't read the long thread on the topic, here is the latest:
Loftus says that the material from Libya (that they surrendered) is at Oak Ridge. That nuclear material we flew out of Iraq (Al-Tuwaytha) is at Oak Ridge, recall the complaints from the UN IAEA about us flying it out without their permission. So who then shows up at Oak Ridge? Bush, to give a speech. What is going on at Oak Ridge? Well, the material from Libya will be tested, and the material from Iraq will be also. If they find they have a nuclear "signature" that matches - then that will show that the programs were related, and iraq had an active nuclear program linked to the one surrendered by Libya. Loftus also claims that Libya may have some iraqi nuclear scientists to bolster this.

the Libyan program was conducted inside a huge mountain complex, impenetrable by anything except a nuclear attack.
