"Some people may have better things to do."
That reminds me. Did Kerry ever have time to manage a briefing on the latest terror threat? (The one that even Daschle wet his pants upon hearing?) Perhaps between the NY concert and his vacation to Nantucket he had time?

"And you know, the vice president is having some trouble with the language that he uses to talk to fellow senators these days."
What a hypocrite! And this is coming from John Effin Kerry, himself.

(Remember your audience, John. A whole LOT of these folks wouldn't know WORK if it passed in front of their eyes.)
He says he's mostly concerned about small business owners, who pay taxes at the individual rate. ...and PASS those taxes on to you, the final consumer; the ONLY people who REALLY absorb the shifted tax burden.

As a campaigner, I know something about scheduling and conflicts and hostile environments. But you know what? When you're president of the United States, you can pretty much say where you want to be and when. And when you're president, you need to talk to all of the people, and that's exactly what I intend to do. Mr F'en, I'll be patiently awaiting your speeches before the Christian Coalition and the NRA.
Good Lord, somebody should call him on this!
