I've been really busy the past couple of days... with no let up in sight... well, maybe October...

 and a man who worked with one of my friends who was a homosexual - and a flaming, aggressive, angry one - finally got interested in what they were doing. Asked to come to a prayer meeting, and now - he's given up his homosexual lifestyle. As well as drugs and alcohol. Made a complete life change.

Very touching. Truly, with God *all* things are possible.

I noted that both he and the fellow that started him out of homosexuality had been seduced as minors.

I've been blasted here for saying that I never met nor reliably heard of a man that suffers from SSAD who wasn't. But every time a sufferer opens up and starts being honest, out comes that account of a pre-adult trauma.

But was it the DRUNKENESS, the INCEST or the fact that they weren't MARRIED???

The proto-Jews never even got the LAW until 430 years after God's promise to Abraham.......

I thought Lot and Avram (Abram/Abraham) were brothers, and one went to the right and one went to the left, with Lot winding up in Sodom.

But his daughters, if you read the passages, display awareness that what they're doing is wrong, and they get the old man blind drunk so that he wouldn't know what he was doing. (Which raises some physiological questions, but never mind.) Add to that the fact that at least one of them was a virgin in Sodom when she was offered to the mob in order to protect the Visitors completes the picture. How Jewish family law would treat their children would be an interesting read. The Jews were very squidgy about family morality; not much slack there.
