When they have tenure there is NOTHING you can do. The NEA and the union will defend them.

Sex Abuse Revelations: NEA Must Take Action
You have undoubtedly heard of the teacher in Florida who is charged with having sex with her 14 year-old student. According to a new report released yesterday by the U.S. Department of Education this is not as unusual as it sounds. More than 4.5 million students were victims of sexual misconduct in public schools by teachers and other school officials since 1994.
In 80 percent of these cases the adult sexual predators were people who parents entrust their children to, from principals to bus drivers. The National Education Association (NEA) was unfazed by the report and actually criticized its findings. I suppose this is not so surprising since it is the NEA that advocates teaching the "normalcy" of homosexuality, in addition to pushing so-called "safe sex" while fighting abstinence education in the schools.
When the Catholic Church faced a similar scandal there was extensive outrage and investigations were launched by the Church, the media and the public, and rightfully so. Similar scrutiny should also follow these revelations about our nation's public education system where attendance is compulsory.
When children are in harm's way, the NEA can not resort to playing politics. It must decide if it cares about the children or merely its own radical agenda.
It is the old cliche.
If it is a male teacher on a girl it is a crime.
If a female teacher on a boy it is a favor.
tacky cliches aside.
Lets not forget that some of these alegations are false. There was that trial in Florida where the teacher was found not guilty by a jury after it was pretty much revealed that the sex was made up.
The NEA advocates the adoption of the GLSEN training materials. these programs EXPLICITLY advocate and DEMONSTRATE how children can participate in homosexual sex. Teachers are told to encourage experimentation to foster "understanding" and "tollerance".
BTTT!
Wonder what he was looking at on the net. Gay porn, perhaps?
I think that Mr. M. had tenure.
We wondered that ourselves... He must've been giving off some kind of clues - my son and his friends called him a fag long before the arrest.
Teach your children to disrespect wrongful authority!
Hey, kids - stick a finger in their eye!

Has worked for us.
Even though we have a fairly decent PS system in my town, the best still have built in impediments to real education. They are perfectly set up for indoctrination, though.
As part of her punishment, can we have videocameras installed in her prison cell? Just to make sure she's properly rehabilitated...
"...over the last fifty years, 4500 priests were involved in some 10,000 incidents of sexual abuse. That's 4500 out of 46,000 priests. That's right at 10%."
Although there may presently be only 46,000 priests, in the last 50 years many more than that number have served in the priesthood, probably closer to 100,000. 4,500 abusers is still 4,500 too many; but is way less than 10%.
