Dittos. Back in the 1800's, popular interpretation of the Bible said the Nation of Israel referred to in the End Times was an allegorical reference to Christians, who assumed the mantel of Judaism, ie; that people who accepted Christ were the new Jews. The reason they believed this was because Israel hadn't existed for 2000 years, and nobody believed it would ever come back. What's funny is that even the Europeans who voted to create the Jewish state thought the Arabs would massacre them quickly, and that would get the Jews out of Europe, and keep the blood off the Europeans hands.
I've broken a lot of the things I should do as a Christian, but one thing I know is that those who stand against Israel are standing against God's chosen people.
