who is that
YEOW! That's gotta hurt!
I'm sorry but your's is a rather dense response to this. The resistance to supporting the South Vietnamese and thus allowing their defeat was led by the Democrats. More pointedly, by this time John Kerry had had communications with the North Vietnamese and had tested before the US Senate with lies about American attrocities in Viet Nam.
Further, John Kerry very much admired and supported the Sandanistas when they CONTROLLED (not governed) Nicaraugua.
The point is that Democrats are irresponsible and dangerous on US National Defense.
Glad I could help.
Kerry,Kite surfing!
LOL! Excellent!
The explanation was posted whilst I was composing my screed. Saw it after I posted.
Are you serious!?!?! LMFAO...HE LOOKS SO BALD!
Birkenstockers? I wear those sometimes, I'm not a liberal! Just a conservative with need of comfortable shoes.
got it- should have researched.
i stand corrected.
now, what is the dimmocRat rationale for having that graphic with the saying "Let America Be America Again"
?????
I believe someone is MOCKING Kerry, I don't think his campaign created the poster in question.
It's the cut and run strategery on display.
Exactly right. You and I are about the same age and we read that poster and what it implies similarly. That photo represents the condemnation of millions in South Vietnam to communist rule. The killing fields of Cambodia were to shortly follow on the communist menu.
Yes, it's the retreat from Saigon. But this famous picture is not the US Embassy in Saigon. It's another pad used for the evacuation. Landed on top of the US Embassy on Christmas Day, 1969 as part of a contingency plan to protect the embassy in the event of another Tet.
